Arfa Return Policy
When an agreement is reached, if Arfa helped deliver your return initially, your return can be returned within 30 days of shipment receipt in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfilment centre, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and within 7-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
Seller’s Return Policy
After reaching an agreement, if you ordered from a seller that fulfils and ships its inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the Seller instead of Arfaex.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Arfaex.com, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page.
